- Priority Care adds priority support, a quarterly remote tune-up and an installation backlog scan of up to 500 receipts.
Your working documents are read and stored on the office box. Encrypted backup is separate from those working records. We confirm the backup destination, restore access and remote-support permissions with you before installation.
Hardware warranties follow the box you choose. Backup, support and swap terms follow the service plan you choose. Request the service agreement before payment.

Do I have to scan at the office?
No. Take a photo on your phone wherever you are. The box files it.
What if the box dies?
Complete Care and Priority Care service plans include a swap within 48 hours and restoration from the most recent available backup. Hardware warranty coverage is listed on your chosen box; full replacement and restore terms are in the service agreement.
What happens if I cancel the service plan?
Stop paying for the service plan and Rex keeps working. You just lose the safety net. Cancelling does not switch off the software or lock you out of the records on your box. The backup, updates, support and other services included in your chosen plan stop.
Where is my data?
Working documents are read and stored on the box in your office. Plans include encrypted backup off the box. Backup location, key access and remote-support permissions are confirmed in the service agreement before installation.
Can my CPA use it?
We’ll discuss the access your office and bookkeeper need at the demo. Complete Care and Priority Care service plans include the January CPA bundle.
What does it read?
Paper receipt photos, screenshots, downloaded PDF receipts, warranties and contracts. PNG and JPG screenshots work just like receipt photos.
What if my receipt is online or in an email?
Upload a screenshot or save the receipt as a PDF and add that file. You do not need a paper copy. Keep the seller, date, items and amount visible when possible. An order confirmation may not show that payment is complete; check the original before treating it as a paid receipt.
Does it do invoices or email?
Email receipt capture, invoice workflows and QuickBooks export are next. These are future features, not included as current functionality.
Does it need internet?
Phone capture and nightly backup use an internet connection. We’ll demonstrate the office lookup workflow and confirm offline operation for your setup at the demo.
How do I confirm installation availability?
Request a demo to confirm installation availability for your business before payment.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Once paid after the demo, it is credited toward your chosen box’s installation price. The configurator shows the remaining balance after that credit; no deposit is collected on this page.
