Legal and inquiry privacy.
Rex hardware is sold with the warranty stated on its tier. The Rex software is licensed, not sold. Backup, support, and swap terms are in the Rex Service Agreement. The app policies below apply to the mobile apps only.
Website contact inquiries
Website inquiries send your name, business name, trade or business type, phone number, optional email and best contact time, selected configuration and acknowledgments through Formspree to Arc Core Studios.
The inquiry form has no file upload or payment fields. Do not include job records or payment details in a contact request.
Mobile-app policies only
The policies below apply to the mobile apps named in them. Their text is retained from the studio’s published policies. The former contact email links have been corrected to the current website contact route.

This Privacy Policy describes how Arc Core Studios LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications including PantryWise, Spot Me, Signal Breach, Backyard Vitality, Forge, Mystic Draw: Tarot, Neon Runner Arcade, TapCoin: Idle Miner, and Shield Hero Dungeons (the "Apps"). By using any App, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
You Provide
- Account details (name, email) if you create an account
- Messages sent via email or contact forms
- Playtest applications submitted through our website
Collected Automatically
- Device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) when ad networks are active
- Device type, OS version, and app version
- Gameplay/usage data: scores, sessions, purchase history
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- IP address and general geographic region (country/state only)
Health & Fitness Data: Backyard Vitality Only
Backyard Vitality may access Apple HealthKit and/or Google Fit for workout and activity data. This data is used solely to power in-app features. Health data is never used for advertising, never shared with third-party advertisers, and never sold, under any circumstances.
How We Use Your Data
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Apps
- Process purchases and manage subscriptions
- Display ads via Unity Ads (Neon Runner Arcade and TapCoin only)
- Fix bugs and analyze usage
- Respond to support inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations
Advertising
Neon Runner Arcade and TapCoin: Idle Miner display ads via Unity Ads on iOS. These networks may use your Advertising ID to serve relevant ads.
iOS: We show Apple's ATT prompt before any tracking. You may decline. The app still works. Manage in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
All other apps contain no third-party advertising. Health data is never used for ad targeting.
Subscriptions
- Payments processed by Apple. We do not store your card info
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
- Manage or cancel in Apple ID account settings
- Free trial forfeited upon subscription purchase during trial
How We Share Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with service providers (e.g., Unity Gaming Services), ad networks (only for in-app ads, with your iOS consent), or as required by law. Health data is never shared for marketing.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13. If we inadvertently collect data from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Opt out of ad tracking via iOS ATT prompt or Android ad settings
- California residents: we do not sell personal data
To exercise any right: contact the studio through this website, subject line "Privacy Request, [App Name]". Response within 30 days.
Changes

These Terms govern your use of all Arc Core Studios apps. By downloading or using any App, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or use cheats/bots to manipulate our Apps.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Required disclosure. Spot Me, Backyard Vitality, PantryWise, and Forge offer optional subscriptions that automatically renew.

How to Cancel
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → [App Name] → Cancel Subscription.
In-App Purchases
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
- Refund requests go through the App Store

Intellectual Property
All content within our Apps is the property of Arc Core Studios LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants rights beyond the limited license above.
Disclaimer & Liability
Apps provided "as is." Arc Core Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $100 USD.
Apple EULA Addendum
- Arc Core Studios, not Apple, is solely responsible for our Apps and their content
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
